Consistent Love in Hard Places
Streetreach teams meet regularly to minister through outreach in the communities they serve. In Bakersfield, the team reaches out to individuals trapped in the commercial sex industry.
Through outreach, volunteers offer prayer, food, backpacks full of gifts, friendship, one-on-one interaction, unconditional love, and a reminder that help is available when someone is ready.

Volunteers Are Trained Before Serving
All Streetreach volunteers must complete training before serving. Quarterly trainings are hosted in January, April, July, and October — these trainings are mandatory for volunteers.

Some women are not ready to leave. Some are afraid. Some do not yet believe there is another way.
Streetreach is not about pressure. It is about showing up with consistency, compassion, and love so that when a woman is ready, she knows someone will answer.
